Chrissy is a certified Nonlinear Movement Method teacher, using guided movement to help clients access and release what the body has been holding — often reaching what talk therapy alone can't get to.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Chrissy offers KAP in partnership with Journey Clinical for eligible clients who've hit a wall in traditional therapy or want to go deeper. She handles the psychotherapy; Journey Clinical's medical team manages eligibility, prescriptions, and outcomes.

My Story

I didn't start here. I found my way back.

My work is rooted in my own experience with anxiety and panic. For a long time I understood those symptoms as something fixed — something to manage, medicate, or work around. That explanation felt sufficient until it didn't.

What shifted wasn't a new framework or a better strategy. It was stopping long enough to ask where those responses were actually coming from. Through looking at my own generational patterns and internal experience, I began to recognize that my body wasn't broken — it was reacting to what it had learned. The anxiety wasn't evidence of something wrong with me. It was a signal I'd been overriding for a long time.

That realization changed how I approached everything. Instead of trying to eliminate what I was feeling, I began to stay with it — to observe it, locate it, and understand it as information. Emotions stopped being problems to solve and started being signals that needed attention. Learning to give myself Permission to Want — to stop adjusting and qualifying what I felt before it had a chance to exist — was what changed the direction of my life. That's the foundation this work is built on.

My background as a therapist gives the work its structure. My own process gives it its honesty. What I do is help women who are capable of managing everything except accessing themselves rebuild a direct relationship with what they feel, so they can stop second-guessing and start choosing.
